Step-By-Step
Obtaining a Florida Real Estate License is far easier than most would think. A Real Estate Career is a Fabulous Financial Opportunity. Be your own Boss! Work when you want as much as you want. Here’s how to get started.
Step 1: Enroll in Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course
Once you have chosen the class you want to take you need to enroll and reserve a seat. You can enroll online or by calling the school. Classes do fill up so reserve your seat early. A $49 deposit guarantees your seat with the balance of $300 due the first day of class.
Step 2: Complete Course
Once you have completed the course the review for the end-of-course exam begins. Everything you need to know for the class exam will be covered in the review sessions. Your Instructor will take you through every chapter going over the material for your class exam.
Step 3: Complete End of Course Exam
Exam day is given on the last day of class. There is a 100 question, multiple choice exam. This exam is timed that you have three hours to complete. A passing score of 70% qualifies you to sit for the state exam.
If by chance you do not achieve at least a 70% don’t sweat it. The Florida Real Estate Commission requires you wait at least 30 days before retaking the end of course exam, which gives you plenty of time to brush up on the course material.
Step 4: Apply For and Pass The State Exam
Once you have successfully completed the course, you are now eligible to sit for the state exam. There is a 100 question, multiple choice State Exam. You have three and a half hours to complete the exam. A passing score of 75% will get you your Florida Real Estate License!

The State of Florida requires all licensees to complete all post licensing requirements within two years of licensure. This course has so much useful information to the new sales associate that it is recommended completing the course as soon as possible. Failure to complete and pass the post licensing requirement will cause your license to become NULL and VOID! The Sales Associate Post-Licensing Course must be completed and submitted by 11:59 PM on the specified Renewal Date.

State Exam Weekend Prep Class
This weekend course combines classroom review lessons with instruction to help increase retention of all course curriculum and practice exams that help measure an applicant’s understanding of the required material. - Dress is business casual. Jeans are fine; but remember you are preparing for a career – no tank tops, short shorts, or any non-business type apparel is allowed. Please remember this is a professional learning environment.
- Cell phones are allowed as long as they are in silent mode. We don’t allow tablets, laptops, cpu’s, or recording devices of any kind.
- Outside food and non-alcohol drinks are allowed. We have a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience as well. Please always remember to respect others and clean up after yourself.
