How long does the course take to complete?
The course is 63 Hours in total. We offer both day and night in-person classes, and a self-paced online course.

If I fail the course exam can I get a refund?
No. The state of Florida prohibits schools from providing refunds for students that do not pass their end-of-course exam.
If I do not pass the end-of-course exam do I have to pay the school again to take the exam again?
No, you can retake the exam as necessary free for 6 months with our exclusive 6 month Retake Guarantee.
Do you have to be a State of Florida resident to take this course?
No. You are not required to be a resident of the state to take this.
Online Course FAQ
How long does the online course take to complete?
The online course provides access for six months and is designed to be taken at your own speed. You may spend as much time as is required to fully understand the material. With the six month Free Retake Guarantee, the Florida Real Estate Commission allows two attempts for the end of course exam. If you do not pass on your first attempt, then you must wait at least 30 days before retaking the exam.
Once I register for an online course, can I start it immediately?
Yes, you can. Once the online enrollment is completed and you are approved to start your desired course, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the confirmation is received, you may begin immediately, or whenever you like. Remember, you will have access to the course for six months from the time the tuition is paid.
Do I have to finish the online course all at one time, or can I log off and then back on?
The online courses are specifically designed so that you can log out and log back in as you wish. Just be sure to use the proper “EXIT” procedures as outlined in the course, and the course will be bookmarked for your return. The online final exam will need to be completed in one sitting.
If I fail the online course exam, can I get a refund?
No. The state of Florida prohibits schools from providing refunds for students that do not pass their end-of-course exam.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with the highest level of encryption available is used to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, and social security number, so that this information cannot be read as it is transmitted online.
Is Premier Real Estate School of Tampa approved to administer Florida Real Estate Commission Approved Courses?
Yes, of course we are! Our State of Florida License number is ZH1002516.

What equipment do I need to operate the online courses?
REcampus online courses can run on either Windows-based PCs or Macintosh OS computers. Our online courses require an Internet connection and the supported browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, 5.5 or greater.
Is my browser compatible to take your online courses?
Our online courses require an Internet connection, 56K modem or greater, 800 x 600 screen resolution, sufficient memory to run system software and browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater, with Java and Cookies to be enabled.
What are the requirements to become a Florida Real Estate Agent?
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or GED
- US Social Security Number
- Complete and pass the state approved 63 hour Sales Associate Pre-License course
- Submit application to the DBPR with the appropriate fee
- Pass the state exam
- Exceptions to the above: Attorneys with a current Florida Bar Card; 4 year Degree in Real Estate
What is required to maintain a license?
The Florida Real Estate Commission requires every new real estate licensee to complete a 45-hour post license course by the expiration date of the initial license. In addition, every licensee must take a minimum of 14 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
